Description
This face and body oil is pure and light enough to be used on the face as well as the body. It restores moisture to any place that feels dry and brittle, including nails, cuticles, dry callused feet, frizzy hair and scalp.The legendary healing properties of certain renowned tropical oils make them a natural for skin protection and healing! Noni (Hawaii) seals in moisture, while Tamanu (Fiji) acts as an organic antiseptic that heals and soothes the skin. In addition to these healing ingredients, this moisturizing face and body oil contains these nourishing oils:
- Grape Seed Oil is known for it regenerative qualities and is used cosmetically in repairing damaged and stressed tissues, especially around the eyes, and has been found to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
- Avocado Oil is used as a base and a carrier for other oils and substances because of its ability to penetrate deeply into the skin. Its ability to stimulate the metabolism of collagen and its high Vitamin E content makes avocado oil a powerful antioxidant, enabling it to assist in the deceleration of signs of aging in the skin.
- Macadamia Oil has a very rich feel to it and is used as an emollient to retain moisture in the skin due to its high content of palmitoleic acid, which is found in sebum in children, but virtually disappears in mature skin. Sebum is an oily substance that helps the skin retain moisture, and macadamia oil helps restore some of that ability in adult skin.
- Jojoba Oil comes from the seed of the Jojoba plant, and acts as a waterproof protector for hair and skin, by keeping them from becoming brittle and dry.
