Terms of Use
RETURN POLICYAn item returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by a receipt or packing slip will be refunded to your original form of payment. If you are dissatisfied with any skin care product (s), you have purchased you may return the item with original receipt or invoice, in exchange for full store refund less shipping cost.
Please follow the instructions below before returning items.
To qualify you must notify us, by phone at 503 722-1400, Monday through Friday 9-5 (PST) or email, of the return of your items within 30 days of your order.
To return items:
-Notify us.
-Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Return shipping fees are not credited.
Damaged items
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occured during shipment. If damage to any skin care product has occured during shipping, please contact us immediately at 503 722-1400.
Please provide your name, date of order along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution please retain shipping box, packing material and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
We ship U.S. Priority Mail. You will be notified when your item has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. If you need an item quick, please give us a call or email and we will quote you options and pricing. Once the package is in the hands of the Post Office, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Claims can be made via the U.S. Post Office however call us first. Sometimes we can help resolve problems.
Shipping – Black-Out Dates and Bad Weather
On occasion you may see a posted notice on our site that informs you that we are not able to ship on selected dates. We are a family company and for a variety of reasons will be away from the office for personal and business purposes. If you have a question, please give us a call or email so you are not disappointed in a delayed shipment.
Web Site Errors
It is our intention to be as accurate and error-free with all the information on our web site. However, errors may occur and we apologize if they cause a problem. We would appreciate it if you would call our attention to any errors so we can make corrections immediately.
Information We Collect – Orders and our Email Newsletters
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to assist us in processing orders. Additionally, if you sign up for our email newsletters your information we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only.
Military Addresses
Please include the APO in the “city” box and the APO/FPO in the “state” box. Include the correct zip code. We are not responsible for any duty, taxes, or other fees relating to international customs.
International Orders and Duty/Custom Fees
The customer takes full responsibility for all Duty/Custom Fees for International orders. International shipping costs may be adjusted on customer order.
